Peter Burrows

Peter Burrows is a technology journalist with 30 years of experience covering the most important companies and trends in Silicon Valley.

He covered large companies, including Apple, Cisco, and Hewlett-Packard for BusinessWeek and Bloomberg News, and in 2003 wrote Backfire: Carly Fiorina’s High-Stakes Battle for the Soul of Hewlett-Packard about Fiorina’s tumultuous tenure at HP.

Since 2015, he has freelanced for MIT Technology Review, and has provided content and media strategy services to select clients.

Peter went to Colgate University and Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism, and has appeared on television shows including Bloomberg West, PBS News Hour and Charlie Rose.
